Volunteer Opportunities
to share your Time and Talents
ContacT PlacE is Trinity’s Emergency Food Pantry which is located in the Church Library & the back of the stage on Monday & Friday mornings from 10:00 am to 12 noon. There are several ways you may consider supporting this outreach program here at Trinity:
- As a Volunteer - ContacT PlacE needs
16 to 18 volunteers to operate efficiently each month. Volunteers are
paired for one morning a month (less or more times if available).
- Donations of Food - ContacT PlacE has
received a small chest freezer and is now able to distribute frozen
food items such as meat (chicken pieces, ground beef, cold cuts),
juices (orange or fruit punch) & vegetables (any type are very
welcome) in addition to the food pantry and personal care items.
- Donations of Bus Tickets - many ContacT PlacE visitors have limited funds and are not always able to afford bus fare ($23.00 for a pack of 10 adult tickets, or cash fare of $2.75, or $72.00 for a monthly pass)
