Additional charges:
- $20.00 per hour Security Charge will be levied for evening and weekend rentals. There is no security charge for rentals held within regular working hours.
- There is a mandatory $50.00 Damage/Cleaning Deposit for all
outside
rentals. The Office Administrator will complete a damage/cleaning check
after each rental. Any damage or cleaning will be costed and deducted
from the Damage/Cleaning deposit. Additional costs will be billed to the
person or group responsible for the rental agreement. - A security deposit of $200.00 may be requested for "larger"
rentals (eg.
a full day rental) or for rentals by an outside group.
Notes:
- If the kitchen is used, the Applicant will supply their own refreshments, utensils and dishes. Use of the church owned appliances, utensils and/or dishes must be prearranged with the Office Administrator. The church will ensure that the kitchen is 'ready for use' with extra garbage bags and cleaning supplies available. The Applicant agrees to be responsible for taking all garbage with them when vacating the building. The kitchen must be left as found.
- Discounts on rental fees may be given for a permanent regular user. The discount can be up to 10% of total cost.
- Office Administrator may ask Ministers for second opinion on rental request. Further resource requests go back to Trustees.
- Trustees use December 31 cost of living to assess next years monthly rental increases
